Safety is at the core of every training course that I offer. During our classroom and range sessions you will learn practices to keep yourself and those around you safe. Whether you are an experienced shooter who needs to make a few adjustments or a novice shooter who would like to learn how to safely and effectively use your firearm, my classes will provide the necessary training to accomplish your goals.
The objective of all training is to improve the proficiency and precision of each person. Novice and advanced shooters will improve their skill set by the end of the course.
I promise to share everything I can to improve your skills. Upon successful completion of all courses you will receive a certificate and feel comfortable to share what you learned with your friends and family. I don’t pretend to know everything, but I promise to teach you everything I know!

Brian Toal
Brian’s experience with firearms evolved during his distinguished career in law enforcement, retiring after 31 years at the rank of captain from a large municipal police department in NJ. During his tenure, Brian was his department’s training coordinator, supervising firearms instructor, and armorer, as well as a PTC certified Rangemaster. He was instrumental in the formation of the department’s High Risk Entry Team where he served as the trainer, team leader and ultimately the team commander.
Brian developed his expertise through hundreds of tactical operations as well as thousands of hours teaching firearms skills and tactics within his department, the police academy, or one of the surrounding agencies. Brian has pursued advanced firearms and tactical training across the country, including armorers’ courses for Glock, H&K, Colt, Sig Sauer, Remington, and many others. Outside of work, Brian has pursued his passion by participating in various competitive shooting events, all over the northeastern United States. Along with his wife and children, Brian enjoys many outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, hunting, and fishing. Teaching and coaching young and new shooters, seasoned tactical operators, as well as competitive shooters is a passion Brian continues to cultivate.
